• Can I cancel an order?

You may cancel an order at any time prior to the goods being dispatched. You will know the goods have been dispatched when you receive an e-mail from us confirming this. To cancel your order you need to contact us right away, during working hours, by emailing us on info@welovelenses.com. Your cancellation will be final once you receive an e-mail from welovelenses to confirm this.

• Can I return products?

If you are not satisfied with your lenses or any other product purchased from Welovelenses, and they are returned UNOPENED, have not been tampered with and can be used for resale you may return them within 30 DAYS of receiving the goods.

• When I return goods do I get a Refund or Store Credit?

When you return goods we will refund you, replace them, or issue you a store credit beginning on the day after we receive the products in our warehouse, provided that these are returned unopened, have not been tampered with and can be used for resale. We will give you a full refund of the price paid for the products, this does not including postage costs, if any, in accordance with our returns policy, see Returns & Refunds for more details.

• Can I exchange products?

YES, if the products are UNOPENED, have not been tampered with and can be used for resale, you may return them within 30 DAYS of receiving the goods and we will replace them according to your requests.
