FAQS: Returns & Refunds
You may cancel an order at any time prior to the goods being dispatched. You will know the goods have been dispatched when you receive an e-mail from us confirming this. To cancel your order you need to contact us right away, during working hours, by emailing us on info@welovelenses.com. Your cancellation will be final once you receive an e-mail from welovelenses to confirm this.
If you are not satisfied with your lenses or any other product purchased from Welovelenses, and they are returned UNOPENED, have not been tampered with and can be used for resale you may return them within 21 DAYS of receiving the goods. Read more about our Return Policy.
When you return goods we will refund you, replace them, or issue you a store credit beginning on the day after we receive the products in our warehouse, provided that these are returned unopened, have not been tampered with and can be used for resale. We will give you a full refund of the price paid for the products, this does not including postage costs, if any, in accordance with our returns policy, see Returns & Refunds for more details.
YES, if the products are UNOPENED, have not been tampered with and can be used for resale, you may return them within 21 DAYS of receiving the goods and we will replace them according to your requests.
Welovelenses offers free standard shipping when the goods are sent to you but if you return them you will need to pay for return shipment or any delivery charges.
Upon receiving the returned unopened products we will inspect them, and on the condition this product has not been tampered with and can be used for resale we will process a refund, store credit or replacement, in accordance with your request.
