Automatic Felt Eyeliner – Black

Easy-to-use, felt eyeliner,  to add drama to the eyes, to underline or to slightly alter the shape of the eye with a precision line using its cutting edge applicator. Longwear and buildable, increase the pressure to the tip for a thicker line.  Alcohol-free without perfume or chrome and anti-flaking. Paraben free.  Important : not for use when wearing contact lenses (there is some risk of staining) .
